My parents were both alcoholics and flat out mean drunks. My dad's job required him to travel a lot each month. Almost every time my dad had a trip my mom would start drinking liquor for days and stayed in the basement. I was only like 7-8 yrs. old when this all started. My dad would come home and beat the shit out of my mom for being hammered while he was gone! I grew up seeing black eyes and bloody lips on my mom all the time! I couldn't fight my dad I was too young. Thanks Pantera for writing an anthem of an epic song!!
