just because a foreign band records English songs doesn't make them necessarily good. Take a look at rammstein. Till remade Du Hast and Engel in English for the US edition of their 2nd album Sehnsucht, but to me they sound like shit. Of course not all German bands make bad English versions of their hits. OOMPH released a whole album in English of their biggest hits and they rock, because dero keeps the mood and flow of the original song without fucking up the translation.

all my friends hate when I listen to Geran music cuz they cant understand it. if americans were more open to listening to music that was actually good (not at all what america is making) maybe that wouldnt happen. If listening to non american music makes you weird, then im absolutely alien :-)

@roxy9998 No ur not weird I am American and i love Germans (and Germany), Americans just dont get that music is universal. British and Canadian is the only forgin media we get. Well I meen in english, Dish Network has german tv channles you can watch. :)

@cichazabka they would've made more money if they promoted themselves more..they had no interest in touring in north america..other than europe they played like 2 shows in china and russia that's what i don't get

@chaingangsolider93 I think it was doing what they loved but it's hard to live without money. Tokio hotel are succesful but in my opinion they sold theirselves.
