Can someone just tell me the notes?

You could turn the left hands single notes into root chords, except for the third chord, which is the second inversion of the first.

Another cool way to do the left hand is to do D, E, Bm, Am repeating for the verse, G, Am, Bm repeating for the verse-like thing leading up to the chorus, Dx3, Ex3, Bmx3, Am for the chorus up until "cause these words are knives" and then switch to G, D, Am, Bm repeating twice until the end of the chorus. Also, for the last chorus, do G, D, Am, Bm, for the whole thing and then play right hand alone until the very end-finish off with a D. It also sounds cool if you play the right hand an octave above normal.

Can I use this for a cover?

This song is the best for piano covers because it's really slow and calming on the piano.
