EMP|SFM's Sound Off! is the Pacific Northwest's largest annual under-age battle of the bands competition. This segment features "El Paso" by Pan Pan from Bellingham, WA. Pan Pan is the brain child of the multi-instrumentalist Sarah Jerns. Jerns formulates calculated piano and trumpet driven progressive classical and jazz pop songs that has been compared to the likes of Beirut and Yann Tiersen.
