Could it be Enjolras? The lyrics imply Eponine not really hearing the words the narrator is saying, not the other way around as it would were it be Marius. This would, of course, take into assumption the headcanon/non-canon material that is Enjolras&Eponine.

These guys were so fearless. They didn't care whether or not their stuff was going to be bought. They probably hoped it was more than happened to be the case. They made music that was beyond melodic and based around guitars. Very few other bands can claim the same. I respect them above so many other bands.

Am I the only one that senses a little bit of Queen in this song and other parts of the album? Like the outro with all of the guitars and stuff. Brilliant song though. An obvious favorite of mine right then and there.
