Trying to figure out the video and meaning behind both the song and the reasoning behind the over lapping layers of what is going on. The scenery changes over time but the feeling 'home' gives us is always with you and, with enough luck and positivity, you can make anywhere feel like home. That's what the imagery is showing us at ~2:50. The layers of home mash up against layers of LA,but the singer ties them together; he is trying to be optimistic.
