Connie singing Over The Rainbow (A Capella version) during a concert given by Connie as part of a fund-raising event for Wilkinson Primary School on December 9th 2010. The concert also featured performances by the singer, Gavin Newman.

Wilkinson School had been burned down by an arson attack earlier in the autumn, and Connie wanted to help them to rebuild their school.

Connie Talbot first rose to fame when she reached the final of the first series of Britain's Got Talent in 2007, while she was still only six years old. Along the way, she won the heart of the "nasty" Simon Cowell. The winner that year was Paul Potts. The BGT show has also been a starting point for other notable stars, including Susan Boyle.

Connie wasn't feeling well at this time and I think that is why she didn't go all out on the last note. She is such an angel for even showing up being sick, and sounds fantastic anyway!

This young lady is pure in her voice, pitch perfect. Someone says bellow about Justin Bieber. He very good and he's got the ability to sound soulful and has a tremendous smile and can do it while singing, which is very hard to do.He is off key at times and as a musician I know its easy to not be able 2 hear, "Pitch" due to all the other noises. Connie Talbot hears even as a small child "pitch perfect"& has tremendous composure and now she putting range and power with this pure voice! BravoCT

Connie and family, several of us have believed for some time that this variation should be on Connie's new album. I think it fits Connie's general theme and persona as a performer. It shows new ranges of ability and jazz sensibilities. It is, then, both a continuation of tradition while also being bracingly new for the public. Well, that is one fan's opinion.

Even without all the other overwhelming evidence, this video in itself would be sufficient to prove that Connie Talbot is the world's greatest singer.
