Ove Stoylen is from Aamli in southern Norway. Ove's passion for music started when he was a child. He early learned to play the trumpet, and soon discovered that the guitar and his voice made a good match. Only ten years old, he composed his first songs and started writing song lyrics in english.

His debut album "Dusty Boots" was released in 2003 and received good reviews all over the world setting Ove up for a life out on the road playing all over Scandinavia and northern Europe. "It's About Time," his second album, established Ove Stoylen as one of Scandinavia's leading country singers. Since the debut, Ove and his live band "The Whitenecks" has performed at over a dozen festivals in Europe...Ove Stoylen is currently working on his third album while keeping a very busy touring schedule
