i could always hear led zep a lil bit n b. melons music, an inspuration if u may, but still melon had their very own syle, & every b. m. song sounded different which made them stand out from the rest.

I think Blind melon did an incredible job at this. Shannon sounds wonderful. as does the rest of the band ,who are incredibly talented musicians! I just love it and wish they had more

I too like Blind Melon but this rendition just lays there. Viva the original! I give them credit though for choosing this incredible song to cover. At least they picked a good one to try and cover.

I like Blind Melon, but I absolutely hate their "adjustment" of this song's classic riff. To my ears, it adds an uninteresting, lethargic heaviness to the song. It's akin to painting gold bullion with a layer of DuPont Aztec Gold. I understand the idea of making a cover your own, but this just didn't work for me. Gotta hand it to Hoon, though. He's bringing the goods in this video. Possibly one of the greatest rock vocalists ever.

Whilst humming, Melon's rendition of this song has actually replaced Zeppelin's in my mind. It's tighter and the sonic quality is just mesmerizing. Plus Shannon's voice... what can I say? Viva Hoon.
