It's a shame great instrumentals such as this are never heard in popular music today. They seem to have become extinct. I always marvel at all the work that went into preparing a 2-3 minute pop tune back then, full orchestration, a solo piano, choral background. Today it's just a bunch of quick and dirty electronically generated noise that for some strange reason turns a profit for the record companies. Kids today don't know what they're missing

I heard this song for the first time in a long time tonight on the Easy Listening Channel on comcast by Felix Slatkin, but when I heard the bass sound I knew this was the one that used to play on the oldies station back in the 80s.

I remember hearing this song on the radio on top 40 stations. They would play say Louie, Louie by the Kingsmen, then maybe a Motown song, then maybe the Four Seasons or the Beach Boys, then they would play this song, and it usually meant that it was time for the news. Maybe they should make an album of 1960's Top 40 AM Radio Going Up to the News Songs. Our Winter Love and A Walk Through the Black Forest should go on that album.

It's great to feel you in my heart, I had the good fortune to have you by my side constantly. I never had the chance to feel desire for you because I know you're always with me, even when many roads and miles between us. I never missed you because I am in my thoughts all the time, you have my heart constantly, you're my air feed my soul and my heart without which I can not live, show your love I do not leave any moment and makes me live, to breathe the air of this world.

Thanks egopotato for posting this. It is such a beautiful song. Reminds me of my high school days, dancing close with the guy I loved. Ah those carefree days of my youth when the world was kinder. Again, many thanks to you for reviving all the memories I had back then,
