Great song, love the vocals...bought the Timbuktu CD in 2003 and this quickly became one of my favorite Plant songs. Emotional, powerful vocal, Plant was truly a great singer, even in '67.

The original version of this song was performed at the San Remo Song Festival in February 1967 by Ornella Vanoni. CBS decided to release an English version and they chose Robert Plant to sing it.
