I think America and Canada along with Australia along with France had the best music scene in the 90's.But the UK one was boring apart from Prodigy,Manic,Oasis and The Verve along with Suede was the best of the UK in the 90's.

It's a pity these guys didn't get massive international success like the other bands from the 90's. Our Lady Peace sounds so much better than Smashing Pumpkins and I'm not saying that because I'm Canadian.
