Actually it's more important not to filter anything, to experience different things and look at other points of view objectively, even those that make you feel uncomfortable. Here is what I think of music and religion. Embrace them as you will and if you like the sound of a band then listen to them. If you don't agree with what they sing about, then don't. Noone said you had to agree with everything they say, but don't bash others who might believe in such things.if there is a Christian that listens to this kinda music and can feel empowered from it seeing as it has a holy message, then let them praise it. You don't have to agree with the lyrics to enjoy the music.
