Serpent Temptaion by the greatest and most underrated Death/ Thrash band Opprobrium! From the 1988 album Serpent Temptation. Opprobrium (named Incubus at the time) was an early and obscure step into Death Metal. With tight, fast, brutal drumming, speedy guitar riffs, and rough vocals, they will be remembered as a unique and fantastic Metal band. Watch in high quality and turn up the volume!!!

This is a fan tribute, as I did not write the material. All credit to the band Opprobrium for doing so. I am providing this material to widen their audience.

Lyrics:

The human race started with Adam and Eve

They lived in a world where they were free

So listen and beware that this is Hell

'Cos they ate the fruit from the tree

CHORUS

Mighty force

Evil's mighty force

When Satan took a Serpent form

The couple's destiny was then traced

Leaving God's wrath frustrated

They couldn't resist the Serpent Temptation

[CHORUS]

Mighty force

Evil's mighty force

Mighty force

Evil's mighty force

We now live in a world of civilization

We're still affected by the Serpent Temptation

Technology won't help you to get salvation

The devil doomed God's creation

So let's destroy the devil's fucking nation

Either that, or he's a really clever troll.

Its useless putting logic into his head. He is an overly-devout, brainwashed Christian idiot.

It's funny because Opprobrium (they released this song when they went by Incubus) is a Christian band.

@nitr0nauta Already know those bands. I own epidemic of violence and original pressing on cd. Ive been looking for the solstice debut for a long time. Ever heard of morbid saint, Nokturnel, Revenant, or ripping corpse?

@maxikpo147 Well, Sadus I guess :D Wehrmacht are pretty fast too! Listen to Certain Death by Sadus and Shark Attack by Wehrmacht.

@maxikpo147 I was going to write something about a faster band than this, but then I heard the fast part and thought "nevermind" :D If you like this you should probably listen to Sadus too!

@maxikpo147 So you gotta check Insanity, though i dont like them much, the only downside of Incubus dealing with "Christianity".

@slayersangelripper83 I like Death/Thrash, not full blooded death metal. and none of those bands impress me. I own albums from cc, and deicide, and neither are as good as this.

@yuyuhaki1 Cannibal corpse? Deicide? Nile?

Incubus, Sadus, Exhorder, Morbid saint, and Epidemic are the finest from America.

The original is way better than the reissue of this album.
