I heard a really great interview with her about 7 years ago. She said she karaoke'd this song once in a contest, no one in the room knew it was her. She didn't win :(. But she thought it was hilarious. She's a natural entertainer.

i can't believe i'm here! i was over somewhere else when someone mentioned "the ramons", and i suddenly remembered way back about 1976 in a small place that only sat 1,200 people in denver, and i had seen the ramones there. and pat banitar, and i couldn't remember their name (motels) so i thought, and i thought, and finally remembered this song!! and here i am. i gotta tell you i remember her getting down on her knees in front of the sax player and looking very provacative

Everyone gets old brother. I'm not the same person I was when this was a hit either. Look in the mirror.

GODEED

And I've got 2 words for u...point taken! But blathering? In NYC, she said who she supported and it was because she has grandchildren to think about now. That's human enough, isn't it? Well, I suppose we could liken it to if someone started hawking for their religion. ...And that's why it's stressed in public places to stay away from topics of religion and politics. And to talk about the topic at hand... more The Motels music! Have you YouTubed "Teeth"? It is CLASSIC Martha Davis vocals!

GODEED

LOL! At the NYC show, Martha said 2 sentences one was, "Please, I got grandchildren, man." then she took a sip of her drink and played So L.A or Take The "L" or another totally excellent Motels song. Frankly, I liked the tidbit of information about her life! And I voted McCain. There's a tidbit of Godeed information! Good pause for interesting points of views! BUT what's most important is more of her show that you'll be editing and posting! YAY! I'll be on the lookout! Thanks again!
