Ms Shapplin did a pretty good job on this song. But she should have tried another Theodorakis song, "Sto Perigiali." I think it is more to her singing style -- and the duet would appeal to a wider international audience.

@ Everett Cox,  well your song is always your song and you know it better it has come a few hundred times out of your mouth , especially in contrast to a song in another language that is considered somewhat difficult and you had but a few times to practice it. On the other hand, no matter if I  generally dislike Giorgos he did quite well on Spente Le Stelle I expected something more dreadfull, he is a capable singer afterall.
