a rare treat for OMD fans.... this version of julias song was the b-side of talking loud and clear. It features a brass arrangement played by the wier brothers, who were part of the group for a while. It wasnt included on the omd b-sides album, which i dont know why cos i think its a particularly good version. There are less lyrics than the original version, but i think its significantly different that it doest really alter the new character... enjoy

The images follow the lyrics! Nice work,thank you for posting! Yes it is not a bad version,the song is too good anyways but I think it is so much more passionate at the original and generally the weir brothers was a wrong move in my opinion, changed the sound of the band and alienated many fans. By 85 that Peter Saville was also gone,OMD lost a lot stylistic as well, bad 80's haircuts and tacky make-up was far from their amazing image and style that established them years 80 to 83.Related Videos
