Yeah - it's the title song to "Crush." It's a downer. I think it's about unrequited love, hence the title "Stay, stay - don't leave now. I'll do anything, but let you go. My hands are cold, my eyes can't see. You can't do this, not to me."

Sorry- it is realy called 'Crush'. The album is also titled that way. It is rememberd as the lyric 'Rain rain..can't stand it..fucking rain..'

Go to Amazon or iTunes, look up the cd/mp3 "album" "Crush" by OMD, then click on song #5, titled ironically "Crush"... It's this song. It was the last song on side one of the LP. Summed up my mood quite a bit in the late 80s.

This is not "Crush". I can't remember the name of this song now. I used to love this album 20+ years ago, but I can't even remember half the songs on it now. But this is definitely not "Crush". It might be called "Rain". I don't know.
