Weird: The beginning tunes are exactly the same as in "the funeral of Queen Mary" from Henry Purcell (used in "clockwork orange". I can't post the YT-address here, but you'll surely find it.

Steven Spielberg could take your sentimental bittersweet story and make a memberable movie. That old saying.....Better to have LOVE AND LOST.....THAN NEVER HAD KNOWN LOVE AT ALL....Back to OMD and this great song....OMD had something few groups have today...a sound of their own and true vocal talent. Hope with time, your heart finds perhap another OMD song.....that has joy and love again for you and so many that have lost a {love}....

Another underrated OMD track. Great track. Reading the posts with interest. Bottom line. We have to wade to through the crap to get what we want. We can get it-we just have to make the effort. I did-and now I'm happy. Keep trying-you can't do anything more than that.
