I've always been thankful that I was about 2 years too young for that mandatory Senior Trip, aside from that it is almost spooky how well this song fit me in my 30s, "Old Hippy (Sequel)" fit my 40s, and "Old Hippy III" now fits my 50s.

I remember hearing this on the radio when I was a little kid, but can't remember if it was the 1995 version or the 1985 one. lol. I feel like it was the older one because I feel like I was maybe 3 or 4. I was 6 when the sequel came out in 95. I love the slide guitar. I wish more people could appreciate country, especially with that slide guitar.
