yes it would have been a great song in breaking bad, everyone should listen to this song because it is so true,I've never been hooked on meth but I have some wonderful friends that have and are still, maybe if everyone listen close and really took it to heart it might stop some people for starting meth and help some people get off meth any kind of addiction is bad I'm an x alcoholic so I kind of know.

Powerful song. I've seen so many of my friends lives go down into the gutter because of meth, cooking, selling and useing all ended up with people I've grown up with go, to jail, homeless and hopeless. I almost went down that road, but somehow I knew when to stop, because of good friends and luck.

Cause when it's either the mine or the Kentucky National Guard, I'd rather sell him a line than be dying in the coal yard.

The forgotten poverty stricken region of this country...this is an important song. It's not just an urban thing, not to belittle the problems we continue to face there.

so this guy posted something on fb about some other band doing another cover of 'wagon wheel' and how it can't compare with O. C. M. S. and I thought 'hey, this man, like myself, enjoys various sub groups of metal music, mayhaps I stumbled across a headbangable metal band' and decided to check it out (note that I also listen to country and folk type music), and now I have a new awesome band to listen to.... all because I creeped on some guy's fb status

"there's a war out there and its fought by poor white men" - this band has found a resonance in the New Forest, one of the oldest forests in Britain

this song reminds me of my friends when they werent on drugs and argueeing with there parents. we used to hang out all the time. we would talk about nerdy stuff and listen to CCR playin vietnam video games or be outside listening to guns and roses rideing bikes out side or westeling but rhey all moved on. 3 went down the drugs path. one moved far away and is still like me. wish he lived down here. i cant listen to this song with out almost crying or even crying. enjoy this great song. live life!
