No he isn't. He was born in Harpers Ferry Wv, lived in Greenville for a while growing up until his late teens/ early 20s where he had a radio show on the local am station. He then moved to Floyd for a while and started a band there and then moved on to Nashville and back to WV. I've known him for a long time.10 years ago
