This song is really a hits the points for me. I believe in the Eternal Heaven ( Tenger) The sun (Nar) and the moon (sar) , And i find my cultural heritage through the story of the clan of the grey wolf (Chono, which are seen as a angels in our myth) . Because when i pray i always start with this lines -"The All-father in the in the eternal heaven. The observer of all that is, i breath and live through you by you. The mother-earth that lifts me up and cares for me through her flesh. The sun and the moon and the wolf, the guardians of our realm. Till the day i join the eternal sleep, when learned from the seven wise , i thank you" My people has been praying this line for over a few thousand years. Long before any book based religion came to be.

I saw the comments that she's Turkish. Well clearly not. I think we people stop saying everyone is Turkish. But this song is pretty much like written by a Turkish nationalist. All these figures - the sky (which we used to believe in at the times when we were tengrists, not muslims) , the sun, the moon, the wolf - have big places in Turkic Mythology. However, we so fucking lost the identity centuries ago.
