there is an authorized marillion biography by Jon Collins called separated out . it is worth looking into getting on your local amazon site , make sure to get the updated version . why fish left marillion is too long a story to tell you here fish has been a solo artist for roughly 24 years now . time to get over the fact he left marillion and give his solo work a chance . you might be surprised at how good it is, he has a new album coming out soon called feast of consequences.

yes U are rite..I mean performance of his tune..but maybe Fish as an author accepted this..anyway I miss so much Fish with his original Marillion team: Steve, Pete, Mark and Ian...Why Fish left Marillion ?? He wanted to make some pop songs like 'Shortcuit to Somewhere'..after that he started to make Marillion style music...I don't understand what was the real reason of his quit with the boys ???
