This trippy animated clip for "Spiteful Intervention", directed by Jesse Ewles, features a pulsating blob of color that morphs into Kevin Barnes' face.

Thank you. I keep saying this and people just keep being stupid. It doesn't take a tragedy to make yourself a better person or get the best out of life. And things always happen for a reason. At least not a good reason. There's not a good outcome to everything. Although it it seems to be the trend for people to say it does.

Heard this song when they first released it and I'm just now seeing the music video. It's just as fucked up as I expected it to be.

For me Kevin Barnes and Of Montreal has made me be proud of who I am associated with my Sexuality I'm a guy I'm 19 and I'm Pansexual that's really what Of Montreal is about it's about acceptance and feeling confident of who you are nothing to do with drugs but in the interview he said yes he has had drug experiences but there not mutually exclusive, if you can't get that idea then I would seriously think again about the whole concept of Of Montreal.

Guys why do you have to argue like seriously if your arguing wether or not Of Montreal do drugs or not it's sad ah you have seriously misunderstood what Of Montreal and Kevin Barnes are trying to display creatively! In an interview with Kevin Barnes which is on YouTube he says to a French interview about Psychedelic and his music and he's not about to enhance someone's experience with that pretty much sums it up, Of Montreal is all about being yourself and being proud no matter who you are

Perhaps anymore, at some point however some drugs were done.

Oh so Jeff Mangum must love Jesus Christ if he said it in one of his songs. Barnes has said that drugs don't do it for him in interviews

Lysergic bliss. Drug references. Idiot.

Of Montreal don't do drugs. Neither does most of the Elephant Six collective I'm pretty sure. That's probably why their stuff is so different from most psychedelic music. Just sayin :P
