Oh, I had a feeling this wasn't going to be as interesting as the movie (it's obviously not related), but I didn't expect to find a comments section full of Jesus freaks.Praising an uncaring god wouldn't bother me so much if you people didn't do it with "god is with us" and "jesus is the only way!"It's creepy and little different than a cult... actually it is a cult, but that's a can of worms I'm too indifferent to open and argue about.

It is amazing to discover that the Bible is an exoteric writing with an esoteric significance. This means that the primary importance is not the literal meaning, but the principle that is being conveyed. Jesus was one who knew how to use figurative language to convey a message. He used allegories. Moreover, he mentioned the law and prophets were actually about him. Paul even mentions that the letter kills, but the spirit gives life. This means what is really important is to see the essence, the meaning of what is being said or written. Being able to see the hidden meaning is what really matters.Very much of the Bible is allegorical. It actually shows that God is in us. We are the temple of God. Christ as the spirit is in us. Christ is the word. The word is God. God is in us. This realization is really the new birth of a new man within. A new man who is divine. An orange seed that is planted grows up to become an orange tree. Well, we who have received the seed of divine life, who are children of God, are also meant to grow. A child of God is meant to mature and grow up. Into what thought? Pray concerning this. The life within us is meant to grow, until every part of our being is transformed and full of divine life. In other words, God has been born in you. Incarnated within you. A new man has been born in you. A new life. A new seed. God has been incarnated within your being. Second birth. And if God is in you, at the core of your being...then you shall little by little begin to see who you really are.
