Ludovico Einaudi is a contemporary classical composer from Turin Italy who's grandfather was the President of the Italian Republic. This particular selection was written about "one of those days" when things turn out completely different than what we expect. The photographs are taken depicting weather that is opposite of that which you would expect in Florida, USA where the sub-tropical climate is very rarely assaulted by arctic blasts of freezing air. Sleet and ice in Florida is very rare even in winter especially in the southern part of Florida where these pictures were taken. The oranges are frozen in the trees with icicles hanging down around them and even with bright sun they have not melted for many days.
