I was raised in church. I confess, I'm not living my life right. I have not been to church in years. I guess I would say life has gotten in the way, pain, heart ache & work. I've learned though the years that people will let you down. God will not, he's a constant. I know, I'm not right with him, but I still know he is near. He's just a prayer away, he's waiting with open arms. I'm working on making my way back to him. I listen to Hillsong United all night, I find that their praise & worship music is soothing. I use to listen to worldly music at night & had bad dreams. Now I don't really have bad dreams. I never tired of their music. I'm also, so excited to see their movie this summer sometime.

I am actually disappointed in everyone arguing about different denominations. I am a Catholic just trying to grow closer to God. And when I see these people arguing about which denomination is better I think everyone is missing the point that it doesn't matter which denomination that glorifies God is better or worse it matters that were living the way that Christ would like us too. This is just my opinion and my stance. I just wanted to say this because every single religious video there is a huge battle.

I asked a group of atheists what could make the very, very first atom in the universe eons ago (time that would make a billion years seem like a blink of the eye) and NONE of them could answer the question. The very first atom had to be created because it could not evolve or transform from nothing. Jesus made everything by his power by speaking it into existence. I think these prior comments are largely correct. I would add that perhaps the crux of the matter is that in Christ we are restored to the relationship to God for which we were created. Because of Jesus we get a new start and the key intention of God's was for us to receive within ourselves the spirit of God. Then we live and walk in God just like Adam and Eve did at the very beginning. Forgiveness of sin is just the first result of accepting Christ; the ultimate and intended result, the whole purpose of Christ's coming is so that we will live in and with God, will be able to talk to Him and hear His voice day to day, moment by moment throughout the rest of our life.
