oh crap i realize why you said that, i had completely forgotten about Comerica. they sounded a LOT like old Oceana but everyone else and me can confirm this song is not theirs. I remember listening to it on Oceana's myspace back in summer 2008. They even played it a few times live but the videos are now gone from youtube...

I still wish they had rerecorded it for BirthEater, i remember being disappointed that it wasn't on it. They played this atmospheric metalcore thing perfectly. I think they were forced to change their sound as every new bands were already coming out with more or less the same sound. At least they didn't release the same shit like every new metalcore bands. It's funny how the BirthEater producer (who did a good job back then) now suffers from the same problem, every records he produces are bad.
