If on a Mac, delete the file and redownload it AFTER you delete Trash. Move it to a folder, view folder in column view. Single click on the file but do NOT open it. Move the Movie clip over to iTunes. THEN retitle it in iTunes. Make sure that what you downloaded is 20mb or so and not 8mb. This is what I did to get sound. I have to download most videos I want to watch due to rebuffering issues. lol I am an American who is a little disappointed that ALL the music I adore is overseas. ROFL
