I prefer this version, but I think the echo on the vocals is just a little bit too late. I would have quite liked it if Liam sang the chorus, and Noel sang the verses.

SOTSOG would have been a great solo album for noel. He clearly had hit a crisis when writing it and and it's very personal. I had the demo's before it was released and for me I always think of his voice Singing these tunes.. Once it became "an Oasis record" I think it lost some of its edge.. Oh and if let's all make believe was on it it would have been a couple of notches higher too

Loved this song since I first heard it at 16 years old and it always struck a chord. The older you get and you go through sometimes painful change in your life when you grow away from people and places it resonates even more. True masterpiece in my mind
