This song was on the original album when it was released in Iceland, but not on the Universal re-release when they signed to a label. To be fair, though, it was replaced with Mountain Sound. :)

When I say Iove Of Monsters and Men to somebody they ask what my fav song is and I say Numb Bears they look at me like I am a crazy person, because they never heard of this song!

My Head Is an Animal has been issued in two different versions. The original Icelandic version released in 2011 had this tracklist: Dirty Paws -> King and Lionheart -> Numb Bears -> Sloom -> Little Talks -> From Finner -> Six Weeks -> Love Love Love -> Your Bones -> Lakehouse -> Yellow Light + Sinking Man hidden on the Yellow Light track. The international release, which I believe came in 2012, featured a different tracklist including two new songs, namely Mountain Sound and Slow and Steady. :D
