The things that make her bland to me is the fact that we here in Sweden have about 1,000 band that sounds exactly like Arch Enemy. So apart from her being a girl she really does not stand out in any way. I like Cattleprod better beacause of her hypnotic way of singing. I get more out of her than Angelas dime a dozen grunts. I can se how one would get that impression of Gammelsaetter if you have only heared Thorr's Hammer. Check out her solo efforts och Khlyst, thats where she really shines.

Sorry I stand firm on this. Angela is a bland vocalist who bring absolutely nothing new to the table. If you want some really fine women in metal check out Emelie Cattleprod(Murkrat), Runhild Gammelsaeter(Khlyst/Thorr's Hammer) or Emelie Bresson(Monarch). Their Vocal range and lyrical talents far outshines Angelas.

HAHA epic man, I totally agree. It's funny too, cause when you see normal pictures of Angela (not on stage pictures) she's actually pretty good looking... For me, her vox don't fit Arch Enemy, they are too melodic. And her vox are really shrill, whereas Lori's are actually DARK and menacing sounding!! Fits the brutal music too :)

Apart from Angela being a girl she's a pretty bland singer in my opinion. Take away the tits and no one would care.
