A shout out from Durango! Kelly used to sit in with her father's groups as a kid, here in Durango. Great to see her living the dream, thanks to her father for inspiring her musical talents. He passed a few years ago, great guy, great pianist, always had a good joke to share. A pleasure to have played with him, and see kelly as an 11yr old singing with a big band. She's the real deal!

Well isn't hebraic, "Now we are free" is originally of Lisa Gerrard and is performed and sing in Tongues, sounds or even melodies that comes from the inner self... like an idiosyncratic language.

This is such a beautiful song, and I love all 3 versions [at least all I know are 3 versions] I find Lisa Gerrard's official version is more mysterious, moving and deep. Lisa Kelly's version is more romantic, feminine and chiming. And Kelly Sweet's version is also more feminine and youthful and pure! I'm not sure which one I like most, I suppose it may depend on what mood I'm in! All three are beautiful either way! Kelly Sweet's version is adorable though! One of my fave songs, so enchanting! <3
