Élevé au piano et à la musique classique, Noah McBeth dit NoMBe, né à Heidelberg il y a 23 ans, et basé à LA après quelques années d'errance (Canada, Costa Rica) et d'exploration musicale, fait chauffer depuis 2013 un trip hop puissamment sensuel, lesté d'un bon vieux rhythm'n'blues des familles, d'une funk-soul dont le petit-fils de Chaka Khan parfume les beats de bouffées psychédéliques, et d'une voix suave qui n'est évidemment pas pour rien dans le réchauffement climatique de notre planète.
