Wow I'm Christian and this song reminded of the void and hopelessness I had before, existing with no inner purpose. Jesus is Life! Believe.. Believe...

I like the song "david" and this song did touch a chord in so much as you ask questions that are relevant but show that Christ is not in your worldview. I have spoken to Christ and he told me not to be afraid. I refuse to be and you should tell the people that listen to your talent that while they listen to your talent's a RAPE is underway. We pose murder but don't know murder even though our freedom has been killed. In the media and through our logic we tell our young to do wickedness to our unborn and we speak of numbers to the tune of 1/4 blacks will end up in prison as if its a foregone conclusion. Love is a perishable commodity, we are to fault. You group homosexual's into this group but I ask them where are the children that may fortify us and give a yard stick in to measure our troubles verses our gains? I don't have the answers to these questions that Christ did have the answer too. My Lord said to me, you are forgiven, sin no more.

The question isn't " why would a loving God send anyone to hell? "It's " Why would anyone choose hell for a loving God? "

Jesus is not evil. He doesn't want anyone to go to hell. This is what the gospel is all about... the fact that we are sinners....and that Jesus came to die in our place for our sins to be paid off forever. We are made right by God not through our own actions, but our faith (trust in) Jesus' finished works and our acceptance of His sacrifice. Salvation was not cheap. Even though God offers us salvation freely, it came at the highest price. There is nothing to complain about, because even though as humans we have messed up, Jesus is able to remove all of our shame and the records of our sins which serve as a testimony against us. Once we ask Jesus to forgive us and save us, He will fill us with His Holy Spirit. This makes us a new creation (born again) and we are not the same old creature, but now have the desires of God written upon our hearts. Our goods works does not grant us salvation, but proves Who is in us and working through us. God wants to keep us alive for all eternity even though none of us have done anything to merit or deserve it, the least we can do is appreciate Him and desire to live our lives in a way that is pleasing to Him. Call on the name of Jesus, and He will not turn away "anyone" who comes to Him who truly wants Him as their God and Savior.

Man will sin. To his core he has a wicked heart. He cannot stop.. destined to hell. Without Jesus all would be lost. Believe is all He answered when they asked Him. Just believe.

I don't believe in God and I don't give a f*** about Jesus but Noah Gundersen is probably the greatest artist in the last decade! This song is genius,

This is one of the songs that keeps my faith cause it's so relateable. Finally a more realistic approach to things in terms of spirituality/religion. I'm not religious myself, but I do believe, and I have a big problem with the mass of religious people "shunning" so many people and it makes me want to leave, but this song makes me feel like I'm not the only one going through that kind of shit.

This song describes how I feel sometimes. In fact, many times. I can not explain Noah's songs, they are so... wow! Beautiful, deep, and descriptive.
