I think it makes a nice contrast. Its good to have contrast among members. It makes the group look more genuine and unique. Unlike all those late 90's manufactured boy bands who all performed exactly the same like a bunch of robots. Jon was one of the best vocalists in the band anyway. Besides he's suppose to be the big brother of the group, he's too grown up to be running around dancing like crazy ;)

The reason why they made joe lypsync, its because it was live, but when the song came out, Joe was younger and could go Higher, But now since hes older he cant go as high, and it would sound wrong :P x

The rest was live, they probarly made joe lypsync because the orignal song, joe was younger so he could go higher, but hes older now so he wouldnt go as high. x
