Pick Me, Pick me, yeah

Let alone, I'll signal

At ease, at least, yeah

Everyone is how old?

Pick me, pick me, yeah

Everyone is waiting

Pick me, pick me, yeah

You can leave, I'll pay them

Hey!

Dive, dive, dive, Dive in me

Kiss this, kiss that, yeah

Let alone, I'll signal

At least, at least, yeah

You can be my hero

Pick me, pick me, yeah

Everyone is waiting

Hit me, hit me, yeah

I'm real good at hating

Hey!

Dive, dive, dive, Dive in me

(solo: Cobain)

Dive, dive, dive, Dive in me

So I've somehow been listening to Nirvana for like 13 years (I'm 25 now) and missed this entire album until I watched Montage of Heck last week. WOW. Granted, I'm not a huge fan and don't know much about the band, but Bleach, Nevermind, In Utero, and the Unplugged album are all I've ever been familiar with. And it's crazy to say because I know everyone is so in love with Nevermind and its place in rock history, but this is probably more "grunge" than anything on that record. Just wondering why this stuff didn't get the radio play, considering that grunge was so in for a while.

those flowers on the album cover are opium poppies. and the devil on his arm won't let him go of his addiction while he wastes away in to that skeleton figure.

as far as early releases go incesticide was the only album readily available. having been a teenager and having owned bleach on cassette and recording nevermind songs from tv videos... bleach is still my favorite. but incestide was a true gem.
