Fool, youtube is not the be all end all marker of music copyrighting. There was a "rare" nirvana tape going around in 95' that had this song, and "Pen Cap Chew" and a bunch of other songs on it. I'm not saying that my example makes it official. Here's a thought, why doesn't somebody look up the copyright of this tune and see who wrote it!
