Does any one know the name of the violin style that she uses in her music? Like in "This Familiar way" is it irish folk? or some thing else? because im an amateur violinist and i just love the way it sounds.

Man, thought I was gonna get a cover of the Janis Joplin hit of the same name. Instead, I ended up with a bland Southern folksy-inspired dirge by a middle class white woman who doesn't live in the country...which was not altogether terrible, though not particularly enriching either...much like the culture & predicament from which the style draws its energy. That said, the chorus was quite touching and lends the song merit.
