This is a short video filmed on a Nikon D5200 DSLR with a AF-S DX Nikkor 18-55 f/3.5-56G VR lens.

This is my first ever experience with a DSLR camera. So watch it and get any idee what you can make by traying like me.

The footage was edited in After Effects: Warp stabilizer, Time remapping, Vignet effect and Color adjustment.

Very nice camerawork! I've got 2 questions. I've heard the D5200 has liveview. Does that only work during fotography mode or also while you're filming? And is there a mode especially for filming like on the wheel of a canon camera? I am looking around which camera to buy and this one really appeals to me.
