Great track! I'm now going to listen to my old vinyl collection starting with LFO – Tricky Disco, Voyou – Houseman Germany Calling and then EON – SpiceCheers

I just had to sign in to say how lovely the comments are and so nostalgic. Music is personal and although it is a shared art really has a unique effect on each and everyone of us. In death and music....we are all alone and at our peace. xxxxx

'just high'. You have no idea. The governent was attempting to divide the country and turn the people against each other, defined by location, class, ethnicity, religion and culture. At the raves, ecstacy put everyone on the same level. Meaning it broke down those social barriers. People felt united in a way they never had before.

There's no point trying to explain to generations below, you had to experience it to comprehend it...tappin the guy standin next to you for a blast of his poppers, they don't get it mate..

he's not speaking from an arrogant point of view. it's just hard to quantify the experience of becoming part of the music/vibe/crowd/atmosphere/drug to people who would just as easily say "you were just high man". in fact i do believe you 've clearly stated the depth to how little you understand his experience. i 've had similar experiences and when people say man you were just high i smile because nothing anyone will say will take away from those sweet memories ; )

@konspiracykid "A deeper meaning back then" God get over yourself, you were just high man. People feel part of that today, just in label it a different thing.
