Night in Gales Towards the Twilight 1997Так приятно вспомнить старые дела и, например, такой олдовый альбом в МДМ, как этот. Кстати, на архивах весьма небезосновательно еще и подкинули тэг трэш. А ведь и вправду здесь имеется здоровое трэшевое влияние, думается, именно поэтому альбом в свое время шел на ура. Поет здесь Björn Gooßes, как и до 2012 года, когда он вышел из группы. Бьерн организует такое вокальное покрытие (кста, также вполне трэшевое) которое позиционирует группу как солидный акт. Без лишних изысков работает он, но с должной степенью озверения. Гитареро вжигают очень основательно и претенциозно, местами здесь вкинуты акустические вставки, которые еще более оттеняют мрак основного музыкального полотна.5/7

hellyeah there are a lot more (not always the exact sound of Night in Gales of course but really great) Anterior, Zero Degree, Burden Of Grief, Fragments Of Unbecoming, Uncreation, Sylosis, Soul Demise, Engraved Disillusion, Insomnium, Symbolic, Dimension Zero, The Duskfall, Withering Surface......and you should also check out the other project of Night In Gales-Singer Björn called The Very End! ....hope you'll like some of those bands :-)

I was really excited to hear these guys are back, I bought five Scars and think it is a fantastic album. It is a shame there are not more bands still playing this style, i miss the late 90s. If anyone knows any more obscure bands still doing this stuff post em as I would love to check em out. H recently have found a couple bands that are alright. There is one i heard 2 songs by called Seven Gateways that is pretty good I just found. Another is called Lost Regrets. Suggest some more!
