For me this is the best version. Better than the album track and the garden shed tape. Strong and floating... dreamlike... amazing. Just part of the holy grail that is the long lost John Peel session. Nice sound and obviously cleaned up for release. John Peel has not completely been filtered out and can just be heard. At least someone recorded these gems while the BBC wiped the master. Thanks for posting. Although no cd has been released yet these songs are available digitally. 9 years ago
