Nick Drake covered 4 songs from Frank's debut album, "Here Come the Blues", "Blues Run the Game", "Milk & Honey", and "Kimbie". These are found on Drake's posthumous release, Family Tree.

It is a bit derivative, mr spike lancaster, but he was only a kid, his own songs showing great promise, his playing original and inspired. There is no harm in this cover recording. As for his being over-rated, well, where do you start with that, in the world of entertainment, and where do you end? Aren't they all? Overrated?

Drake can never get as rugged as Jackson C Frank. And this is a rugged song.

"I'll wake up olderand I'll stop all my trying."Coming from Nick Drake, it gives a whole new dimension to the song.

It's a shame that most people don't know that Jackson C Frank is the originator of this song. Great underrated artist.

Without a doubt the best cover of this song. Drakes voice is perfect for this.

I'm 50 now and will never forget the moment when a friend of mine introduced me to Nick's music at the age of 17 - what an incredible musician - can't count how often I listened to his albums - and never knew that he also covered this great tune. thanks so much for posting it!!!

For a strange and graceful Lady who has temporarily lost herself...that she may find herself soon...from a waster whos sins are myriad...Don't look back over your shoulder; Keep your eyes on freedom's shore!

Please note somewhere that this is a cover, its an insult to Jackson C Frank that more people don't know this is his song...
