This song doesn't fit in with anything else I've ever heard . Unique and I have loved it since I first heard it many years ago . I had just heard that someone I totally lusted after had committed suicide and this song will always carry a whiff of "never ever gonna fucking happen " on it for me . Still love it though .

The last three tracks of this album - starting with this and ending with Face Off, are some of the most brilliant moments in 20th century popular music. I have listened to this so many times and still find something new in it. The way this gently builds at the end, the hypnotic drum cadence. Really brilliant.
