I think the song is a tribute to the sea along the vestern cost of Jutland, Denmark. They sing somthing along the lines; Western ocean, come on and blow(your wind to me), me to start(to life), where they use the metaphor, "hjertestarter" ("defibrillator"), for the sea/wind... Is my interpretation.
