I think the man in white has to be a psychiatrist prescribing her tablets to help her through the night as she has begun to think that she's crazy. The man in red would be her lover or lovers because her way of dealing of becoming unhinged was through sex. And the man in black would be death/grim reaper because she's killed herself and there's no going back, and death will make it all better.
