This song was the first one I heard by Neil Young and the one who made me an instant fan. I even wrote poetry about it because it had such a profound effect on me. As the dawn broke the sky with the morning sun, they were playing an old one by Neil Young.As his pure falsetto, broke the refrain, it made me feel like being born again.And it It sounded real good, as it went straight through, down to the heart, of my primal soul.and it sounded better, than anything before, as I became baptized, with his holy wordsHis words, they spoke to me, like something ancient, yet on to the future, through quiet revelation.and he saw the world, through the eyes of the child, while seeing the same, in the eyes of the old.His words so simple, yet meaning so much. He could plant some empathy in the coldest of hearts.He could write a novel, with barely one line.
