What a great tune .In my mind gets better the more i hear it . Still think the live versions like this just edge the album track .Only just though.

Yes, totally true. Neil is at his best with Crazy Horse. Playing with them enhances him, adds a new level to his playing. We can only pray, that they might reuinte one day. I would really like to know, why Neil is not returning to them for so long... I will upload some more rare songs. Got a lot of good stuff here.. :)

plus, judging from the numbers viewed here, the tell-tale hit syndrome dominates neil on u-toob, but the real artistry resides in the live shows, ie. all his work w/crazzy horse live in the 90's remains his best live work. check out old princeton landing shows, but there were no 'hits' in the 90's but the whole decade was a hit for these guys live.....

what's amazing is nobody is asking where crazy horse is these daze, and it's not like his new band sucks, they're actually good, but not telepathically monumental, and as far as the reason they've been en absentia is that there's a rft between peggy (who's been touring w/neil) and his fraternal band bros, but that is pure speculation. for whatever reason, i hope they can come to some sense of purpose and reunite asap, because they are quintessential vehicles for neil to attain escape velocity!

@wellspout Absolutely!! Seen Neil many times, and with Crazy Horse at his side (or behind him). I don't care to see him WITHOUT Crazy Horse anymore. Some of my fav memories from NY & CH concerts is Poncho jumpin' up and down, during Big Time Especially!. If there is a God, He's not in heaven, He's touring, and playing His music, and His name is Neil!

grandemoff and 89: good one. must add that sometimes it even helps if we force ourselves to smile. then again. . .it's all part of the big mysterious. sort of like nihilistique. fastronauts multiply. the quickening accellerates. we try to keep the faith but it's so hard sometimes

yet one more example of why crazy horse, despite it's imperfections, is able to provide the perfect soul medium for the real neil, unlike his current band who just allow a facsimile of this. i petition for permanent reunion, asap. if you have seen him live, say at catalyst, you know what i say is true
